Gebouwd in 1873 door Franz Roth in neoklassieke stijl als foyer en voor de distributie van drinkwater. De uitbreiding (3 zalen en 2 binnenplaatsen) werd tussen 1928 en 1930 uitgevoerd volgens de plannen van architect Clemens Holzmeister. De laatste verbouwing vond plaats in 1980. Tegenwoordig wordt de "Trinkhalle" gebruikt als gasten- en evenementencentrum voor tentoonstellingen, concerten, lezingen, bruiloften en feesten.
